This document is offered by Pamela Barnes after the completion of the webinar. She noted in her email that her organization raised $800 with this tool. The tool was developed specifically to raise money from local Christian churches. There are two links below. One is the file in Microsoft Publisher; if you have publisher you can use it to edit the file. If you do not have Microsoft publisher, there is a .pdf version of the document so that you can read it and use it as inpiration for your own local funding tools.
